Hello experts. I have recentlty came into a situation of setting users up on a brand new domain based network. I wasn't responsible for doing the build on the machines. So, when a user logs into his/her account for the first time, and tries to start Microsoft Outlook 2003, an error message something along the lines of: Installation Error: File not Found SKU011.CAB cannot be found.

I've looked this up via Microsoft, and found that this was part of the installation directory in the MSOcache folder. When Office was first installed, this folder was (at least I think) not installed on the local machine. My question is: How do I get this folder copied over to the local hard drive so users can open Outllook without any problems? Is the folder hidden on the CD? I couldn't find the SKU011.CAB file on the Office 2003 CD. And if that's possible, where do I put them so the programs can open properly? I really need to get this going.
